1. CIVIL SERVANTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (4)

REPORTS TO: CREDIT OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY

The Civil Servants Sales Representative is responsible for marketing and selling financial products and services to civil servants, achieving assigned sales targets, and building long-term client relationships while complying with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Actively market and sell financial products and services to civil servants.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for loans, accounts, and related products.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Conduct outreach, visits, and product presentations at government institutions.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new civil servant clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads and applications to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.

Application & Documentation Support

  • Assist clients in completing application forms and gathering required documentation.
  • Ensure all applications comply with KYC, due diligence, and institutional requirements.
  • Submit applications for processing and monitor progress.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, applications, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and pipeline reports.
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Experience in sales or financial services preferred
  • Knowledge of civil service payroll systems is an added advantage

 

2. SME SALES REPRESENTATIVE (2)

JOB SUMMARY

The SME Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring and managing Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, promoting financial products and services, and achieving assigned sales and portfolio growth targets while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Market and sell SME financial products including loans, accounts, and related services.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets.
  • Identify new SME clients through prospecting, referrals, and business visits.
  • Conduct product presentations and needs assessments for SME clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the application and onboarding process.
  • Manage and grow the SME client portfolio to ensure retention and repeat business.

Application & Documentation Support

  • Assist SME clients in completing application forms and compiling required documentation.
  • Ensure all applications comply with KYC, due diligence, and institutional requirements.
  • Submit applications for processing and follow up on approvals and disbursements.

Monitoring & Portfolio Support

  • Monitor SME client performance and follow up on repayments where required.
  • Identify early warning signs and escalate portfolio risks appropriately.
  • Conduct regular client visits to support business growth and relationship management.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and applications.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and portfolio performance reports.
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
