EMERCON has been invited to a project in Malawi, under FWC SIEA with the title: “Infrastructure Needs Assessment of the Second Phase of “Improving Secondary Education in Malawi” (ISEM II) Programme”.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:
To provide young people with more equitable opportunities for completing good quality secondary education and skills. More specifically, the project addresses areas of equitable access, quality and relevance and governance and management of secondary education.

To undertake an individual assessment of selected Community Day Secondary Schools (CDSSs), technical workshops in these CDSSs, cluster centre resource rooms, boarding facilities for female students in district boarding schools, focusing on the evaluation of their needs in terms of rehabilitation and construction of new infrastructure according to the given standards.

Groundwater Hydrologist (Cat. II)
