Application for The 2026 Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship for Teacher Training Students Is Now Open! This is a fantastic opportunity to study in Japan and take your teaching career to the next level.

The application deadline is Monday, February 9, 2026 at 5PM.

You can submit your scholarship application documents to the 在マラウイ日本国大使館/Embassy of Japan in Malawi either by hand delivery or by courier service. All applications must be submitted in hard copy; email submissions will not be accepted. Only candidates who successfully pass the application document screening will be contacted to proceed to the written exams.
