Podcast Malawi is opening up an opportunity for two dynamic hosts (one woman and one man, preferably Gen Z) to co-host The Comment Lounge — a bold, conversational show focused on culture, society, trends, opinions, and the conversations shaping our generation.
This is not a paid job. It is a creative partnership opportunity for people who want to build, grow, and own something meaningful.
About The Comment Lounge:The Comment Lounge is a space for real conversations — where opinions meet insight, and culture meets context. It reacts to what’s happening now: online, offline, in society, politics, culture, and everyday life.
As part of Podcast Malawi, the show benefits from an established platform, production support, and audience reach — while still allowing the hosts to shape its identity, voice, and direction.
What We’re Looking For:We are looking for two hosts (male and female) who:
• Are confident communicators and critical thinkers
• Understand what’s happening socially, culturally, and digitally
• Are curious, opinionated, and not afraid of conversation
• Can engage audiences with authenticity and intelligence
• Are willing to co-build and grow something long-term
Preferably Gen Z, but mindset matters more than age.
What You’ll Be Expected to Do:As a hosting pair, you will:
• Co-host and shape the direction of The Comment Lounge
• Bring topics, conversations, and fresh perspectives
• Help evolve the show’s format, tone, and relevance
• Participate in recording, planning, and content discussions
• Represent the show in digital and public-facing spaces
Ownership & Partnership:This is not employment — it is co-creation.
• The hosts will have a percentage-based partnership in opportunities and resources secured for the show (sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships).
• Podcast Malawi will provide the platform, production support, and strategic direction.
• Growth will be shared, and success will be built together.
