ABOUT THE ROLE
Kawanda Digital is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, able to work independently, and excited to create visuals that help businesses grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create high-quality graphics for social media, print, websites, and branding projects.
Edit engaging videos using CapCut and Adobe After Effects.
Develop original, creative concepts and participate in ideation sessions for campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs and deliveries.
Work independently to manage deadlines and deliver completed work without micromanagement.
Collaborate professionally through remote communication tools (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and techniques to improve the quality of work.
Take feedback positively and produce revisions where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Must own a laptop suitable for design and video editing work.
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
Video editing experience in CapCut and Adobe After Effects.
A professional portfolio demonstrating previous work.
Ability to work remotely and deliver work on time without follow-ups.
Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
